What Is CBD?
CBD is one of the main cannabinoids naturally found within the h͏e͏m͏p plant. CBD does not have psychoactive properties, meaning that it cannot get you “high”. 
 
CBD is known to contain many benefits that support the human body, especially in the areas involving sleep, mood, performance, and overall wellness.
 
In the last few years, CBD has become increasingly popular and can be found in many common products such as coffees, lotions, oils, edibles, and more! 
Hemp vs. Cannabis

Hemp is commonly known as the “cousin of Cannabis”. While medical Cannabis has many benefits and is legal in most states, many people avoid it due to its psychoactive effects.

That’s where Hemp comes in.

Hemp is a version of cannabis without any psychoactive effects or “high”, and contains less than 0.3% THC. Cannabis is primarily used for recreation, while Hemp is primarily used for wellness.

Different Types of CBD

Full Spectrum
This is the most common type of CBD, which includes all the cannabinoids found in the hemp plant, including a trace amount of THC (less than 0.3%).

Broad Spectrum
Broad Spectrum CBD includes all the other cannabinoids found in the hemp plant, without the THC.

Isolate
Isolate CBD is exactly that: Pure, isolated CBD without any of the other cannabinoids found in the hemp plant.

Will CBD Get Me High?

No, CBD that is derived from the hemp plant contains less than 0.3% THC and is therefore non-intoxicating.

Will This Show Up On A Drug Test?

Our products contain less than 0.3% THC, so the odds of it showing up on a drug test are extremely low. However, if you’d like to be absolutely safe, please consider purchasing our “Broad Spectrum” or “Isolate” products, which contain no THC. You can also visit our “THC-Free” category.

How Can I View Lab Tests?

We publicly post our lab tests for every product. Lab tests can be view on the product page under the “Lab Tests” tab or you can navigate to our Lab Test Database, located in our Footer Menu.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, we provide tracking information with every order. Shipments can be tracked using any tracking service. A follow-up email with tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. We primarily use USPS or UPS to ship our orders.

When Will I Receive My Order?

All orders are processed, prepared and shipped out from our warehouses within 1 business day. Estimated shipping time is 1-3 business days for orders in the USA. During holiday seasons, we may experience slightly longer shipping times.

Can You Ship To All 50 States?

Yes, thanks to the 2018 Farm Bill, CBD is legal to ship to all 50 states. However, due to constantly-changing laws and regulations, in the event that CBD is not allowed to be shipped to your state, our checkout process will automatically not allow you to complete.

What If I Need To Modify My Order?

We usually ship out our orders within 1 day of receiving them. If you’ve made a mistake with your purchase, please contact support as soon as you can with your order number and we will assist you. If your order has already been shipped, we will give you the option to return your product and modify your order.

What If I Need To Change My Shipping Address?

We usually ship out our orders within 1 day of receiving them. If you’ve made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact support as soon as you can with your order number and we will assist you.

Where Can I Manage My Subscription?

All subscriptions can be managed/customized by logging into your account. Once logged in, you can access the “Subscriptions” tab located under “My Account”. If you purchased a subscription, an account has been created for you automatically if you have not made one already.

How Can I Access My Account?

When you purchase a subscription, you are first required to create an account on our website. Please save these credentials and use them to login your account. If you cannot access your login credentials, please contact support.

Can I Add To An Existing Subscription?

Yes, when you shop our products and choose “Subscribe and Save”, there will be an option to add to an existing subscription. Alternatively, you can add or remove products from your subscription via the “Subscriptions” tab located under “My Account”. You can also purchase an entirely separate subscription.

Can I Swap Bewteen Products?

You can upgrade or downgrade your product’s subscription to a different flavor or CBD strength. However, swapping to a different product entirely requires a separate subscription to that product.

How Long Am I Subscribed For?

Our subscriptions last as long as you want them to, until you cancel. You can cancel at anytime. To do so, simply navigate to your account and visit the subscriptions section, where you can easily cancel at a click of a button.

Do You Offer Annual Billing?

We currently only offer month-by-month subscription billing cycles and do not support pre-payment for subscriptions.

What Is Your Return/Refund Policy?

We offer 30 Day Return/Refund Policy on all of our products. If for any reason your unsatisfied with your purchase, simply visit our Returns/Refunds page and fill out the form to begin the process.

Return/Refunds Policy:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To exchange your product or be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return/refund, we require a proof of purchase (Order #).

Please note, customers that repeatedly request refunds will be banned from shopping with us

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

For products damaged upon arrival or eligible for refund, we will provide you with a shipping label to use free-of-cost.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How Do I Return An Item?

To start the return process, please visit our Returns/Refunds page, and fill out the form to receive a RMA number. Your request will be reviewed within 1-3 business days.

I Accidentally Ordered The Wrong Product

If you ordered the wrong product, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I Exchange For A Different Product?

For exchanges, the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Upon confirmation of return, we’ll ship out the requested exchanged product within 1-3 business days.
