IS CBD LEGAL TO PURCHASE ONLINE?

Yes, CBD derived from the hemp plant that contains less than 0.3% THC is generally legal to purchase online without a medical card. In the event that CBD cannot be shipped to your state due to changing laws, our system will not enable you to complete checkout. We recommend checking with your local laws regarding the legality of CBD in your state.

WILL CBD GET ME "HIGH"?

No, CBD that is derived from the hemp plant contains less than 0.3% THC and is therefore non-intoxicating.

WILL THIS SHOW UP ON A DRUG TEST?

WHAT TYPES OF CBD ARE THERE?

This is the most common type of CBD, which includes all the cannabinoids found in the hemp plant, including a trace amount of THC (less than 0.3%).

BROAD SPECTRUM

Broad Spectrum CBD includes all the other cannabinoids found in the hemp plant, without the THC.

ISOLATE

Isolate CBD is exactly that: Pure, isolated CBD without any of the other cannabinoids found in the hemp plant.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are processed, prepared and shipped out from our warehouses within 1 business day. Estimated shipping time is 2-7 business days for orders in the USA. During holiday seasons, we may experience slightly longer shipping times.

CAN YOU SHIP TO MY STATE?

The United States Farm Bill classified industrial hemp as containing less than 0.3% THC. Because all of our products come directly from hemp and contain less than 0.3% THC, we are allowed to conveniently ship to most states. In the event that CBD cannot be shipped to your state due to changing laws, our system will not enable you to complete checkout.
